Kristen has been in the Bay Area since she was a teenager. Her Midwest upbringings have her drawn to small towns, fun times, and good friends. Her craft beer adventures began when she turned 21 and started bartending her way through college. She eventually started pouring beer at her favorite local beer bar, Tap 25. While working her way up to the title of manager, she dreamed of opening her own bar that boasts rotating craft beer. Now, a few years later, Kristen and Briana are the proud owners of that same local bar, Tap 25! You can find Kristen there drinking her favorite hazy IPA (they are not just a trend) and lager.

Briana comes to California by way of South Florida, where she brings her laid-back beach vibes to the Bay and love for all things involving beer, sunshine, and country music. Her journey in the beer industry began when she moved here in 2014. She has been a bartender and manager at a few different Bay Area beer establishments. It was then she realized her passion for beer and great conversations had only just begun and opening her own place one day became her vision. Briana started supporting Tap 25 while her then best friend, now wife, Kristen managed the bar, and a few years later both their dreams came true of owning and running a craft beer bar of their own. In her free time, you can find Briana, Kristen, and their dog Bentley enjoying the outdoors, floating on some body of water, hiking, or hanging out at their favorite beer spot. She’s a lager and stout girl these days but still appreciates a great haze!
