AleSmith IPA showcases the versatility of American hops. Aromas of grapefruit and tangerine lead into an abundance of fresh pine and tropical fruit notes followed by a crisp, resinous bitterness. The complex hop profile is supported by a firm malt presence to create an incredibly flavorful and well-balanced IPA.
Brewed using 6 different NW varieties of hops at over 2.5 pounds per barrel, RPM IPA focuses on extreme hoppiness rather than bitterness. It’s golden to copper in color with a complex malt profile that will not overshadow the hops.
This beer is an ode to the popular food found south of the border--fresh mango sprinkled with Tajin. Our version takes a classic American IPA and turns up the heat with a blend of dried chili, lime, and salt (our spin on Tajin), and a heafty dose of fresh mango puree. The end result is a hop-forward IPA bursting with tropical fruit, and a subtle slightly earthy chili spiciness.
Inspired by the island life, we created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. We used our one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passion fruit with every sip. Enjoy our tropical twist on the American IPA.
The Apprentice is dry, medium bodied, and an exceptionally hoppy IPA with assertive bitterness. Strong pine and bitter citrus flavor come forward, whereas grapefruit citrus undertones accent the dry finish on this delicious beer.
The Bachelor cannot stay wedded to a single hop variety, so every time that we brew this single-hopped beer you can look for the hop variety to change. Each variation of The Bachelor uses the same basic malt recipe and hopping schedule, yet because each hop is different, there might be a slight adjustment to the bittering hop addition in order to achieve the level of bitterness that we are looking for.
Each version of the Bachelor is a delicious educational exercise for learning about one of our favorite beer ingredients: the hop!
The Dandy is a balanced IPA with a slight malt presence that accentuates moderate hop bitterness. Flavors and aromas of grapefruit, citrus and peppery hops intermingle against an understated sweet-malt character followed by a dry bitterness in the finish.
The Haberdasher is an English-style IPA, brewed with all English malts and all English hops. Its substantial malt presence balances artfully with its earthy English hop-bill, making for an extremely drinkable beer that is unlike anything else that we brew.
